Hi, I am Dr. Omileye Achikeobi-Lewis. Since little I have wondered how do we find our way home to Self. This question led me to my trauma-focus and intergenerational healing approach, travels across America and Africa It has also led me to study of Counseling, Meditation, Ayurvedic Medicine, and Classical Chinese Daoist Medicine, Acupuncture, and herbs. I studied Classical Chinese Medicine under the lead Daoist Master Jeffrey Yuen.

The question of where is Home and how do we obtain a sense of wellness, has also led me to write books such as A Journey Through Breath (which is under my middle name Ezolaagbo), Beautiful Waters, about the collective connection between all cultures, and my Kirkus Starred Award Winning Children’s Yoga and Mindfulness Book My Heart Flies Open (which I illustrated and wrote) published by North Atlantic Books, and Distributed by Penguin Random House. I also love nature, and believe our eco system reflects our emotions and vice-versa.

I am interested in sharing my trauma-focused and inter-generational trauma healing skills in places and among people that truly need my expertise, and whom I can learn from.
