Hi, I am Dr. Omileye Achikeobi-Lewis. I am passionate about helping people find their true self and purpose. For years I have worked in US Clinical Mental Health and Acupuncture clinics helping people discover how to live their best life by overcoming their life traumas, emotional issues, inter-generational, and physical issues. I have also spent years in US based schools helping support children’s mental wellness.

Another one of my loves is women’s issues, and working with the intersection between emotions and physical pain. In pursuit of sharpening my ability to be of service, I studied Classical Chinese Medicine under the lead Daoist teacher of Classical Chinese Medicine, Master Jeffrey Yuen.

Some of the books I have written include: A Journey Through Breath (which is under my middle name Ezolaagbo), Beautiful Waters, about the collective connection between all cultures, and my Kirkus Starred Award Winning Children’s Yoga and Mindfulness Book My Heart Flies Open (which I illustrated and wrote) published by North Atlantic Books, and Distributed by Penguin Random House. I also love nature, and believe our eco system reflects our emotions and vice-versa.

I am interested in sharing my trauma-focused and inter-generational trauma healing and emotional wellness skills in places and among people and women that truly need my expertise, and whom I can learn from.
